The production of our wines begins in the vineyard, harvesting at the right time when the grapes of the different varieties are at their optimum ripeness. When the grapes are received they go through a selection process prior to being sent to the winery. Five hundred thousand frigories are used to control the temperature of fermentation of our grape juice with the objective of ensuring that they don’t lose the characteristics of the original grape.
Strict and rigorous control during the maceration of the grape juice transforms it into a quality wine. |
