Red Young Wine

Varieties: 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Tempranillo.
Harvest: First two weeks of October.
Production: Separate fermentation between 22 and 25º of the different varieties in stainless steel  tanks where thanks to temperature control  all the aromas are preserved. This takes place after 15 days of maceration.
Serve at room temperature between  16 and 18º.
