Borsao Crianza Selección (Borsao Selection of Crianza wines), yet another example of the equilibrium obtained with the mixing of different varieties that give us a harmonious wine in the mouth, meaty and with a full body .  Your attention is drawn to the pleasant and lingering aftertaste and we can see an elegant ruby and maroon  coloured background  with a deep cherry red.  A certain vanilla aroma personalizes this wine with intense fruity tones and smooth tannins from the oak.

Alcohol: 14º
Varieties: 60% Grenache, 20% Merlot, 20% Tempranillo.
Harvest: Second two weeks of October.
Production: Separate fermentation of the different varieties between 22 to 28º for 21 days after which  it is aged in  American and French oak barrels for a  minimum of 10 months. The wine is kept in the bottles for a period of 14 months.
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18º.
