Production: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 22º and 28º.

Wine tasting notes: Of an intense straw-coloured yellow it has pungent aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. In the mouth it feels fresh and creamy, perfectly in tune with its acidity. It is perfect to combine with white meats and fish.

Bottled: In February in Bordeaux bottles.
