Varieties: 100% mountain Garnacha with a maximum production of 2 kg. per vine. Harvest: End of September. Date put on the market: Middle of November. Alcohol percentage: 14%. Vinification: Fermentation for 8 days at 25º C in stainless steel tanks. This way, we obtain the maximum
quantity of aromas from the Garnacha. Serving temperature: Between 14 and 16º C.
