BORSAO RESERVA

It comes from a selection of vineyards located on lands that, due to their location near the foothills of the Iberian Range, are endowed with the microclimate and optimum conditions for making top class wines. This is a red-coloured wine with ruby tones. It is powerful in the nose with a perfect combination of spicy and balsamic tones, which together with the oak aromas provide us with an intense complexity. Its passage through the mouth is rich in noble tannins, fleshy, glyceric, and flavourful, with breadth and elegance in its aftertaste.
Varieties: 50% Garnacha, 25% Tempranillo, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvest: Second half of October
Alcohol percentage: 13.5%. Vinification: Separate fermentation of the three varieties in stainless steel tanks at 29ºC for a total of 21 days and later aged in French oak barrels from Allier for at least 14 months.
Afterwards, it goes into bottles where it is rounded off for about 24 months before
it goes onto the market. Serving temperature: 18º C
